Andy McNamara serves as assistant athletic director for communications at the University of Oregon, overseeing the Athletic Department’s media relations and social media efforts. He is responsible for the management of the seventh-largest social media presence in college athletics and collaborated with the senior administration to plan, develop and launch the Quack Cave, the first social media command center of its kind in college sports.
