In his role he is responsible for developing a global digital marketing and social media strategy that encompasses both consumer-facing communications and corporate initiatives to make Campbell one of the most digitally fit organizations in the world.
His career spans both the client and agency sides of the marketing and advertising industry, covering stops at renowned organizations that include Fallon, Leo Burnett, and ConAgra Foods. His focus has always been on solving business problems by leveraging consumer driven insights to fuel creative ideation. From video games to mobile and social to the future of websites, Kmiec is always thinking forward. He doesn’t view interactive as simply digital; to him, it’s more than what’s taking place on a screen.
A frequent speaker and news contributor, he’s constantly challenging the norm and convention. Opinionated, but honest and always grounded in facts, he enjoys a spirited conversation and the culture of continuous knowledge transfer.
When not leading organizations through the ever evolving interactive landscape, enjoys traveling, photography and being a “cool” dad. He is currently working on a book titled, “Yes, It’s Hypocritical,” due for completion next summer.
